This fosters rapport and enhances the know, like, and trust factor for your practice.

1. Could you also mention in here why some events might be free of charge for exclusive guests to promote new treatments or reward loyal customers, instead of them having to pay? This happens a lot in the UK

In terms of med spa events in the United Kingdom, exclusive guests attend med spa events free of charge in exchange for promoting a particular service. For example, social media influencers or aesthetic company salespeople can promote a specific treatment during the event, adding another educational component to the gathering. Loyal spa clients can attend events for free as well. It is the practice’s way of saying thank you for being a great client, fostering continued loyalty.

2. “Please can you mention here what other value people might gain, not just prizes – e.g. getting to know the team better, learning about treatments, getting practical tips on topics such as lifestyle or women’s health etc.

There are numerous benefits to holding your own event. Your clients get to know you and your team better, engage in conversations with yourself and staff members, attendees may bring their friends or family with them, take pictures in front of your branded backdrop, share pictures on social media or send the pictures to you, will likely send you a positive text message or email after the event, which you can screenshot and use as a testimonial to promote your future events. Remove the person’s name from the screenshot for privacy reasons.

During the event, you can describe the benefits of your treatments, offer advice regarding women’s health, lifestyle enhancements, and wellness tips. If your practice offers functional medicine labs, you can describe the benefits of your clients running those tests and making lifestyle enhancements to boost their wellness and quality of life. You can position yourself not just as a medical aesthetics practice but as a medical aesthetics and wellness center, your clients’ home for beauty services, functional medicine labs, and wellness tips alike, especially given the growing wellness industry.

3. “Please go into a bit more depth about how these partnerships might be set up/how it works on the day

Contact the sales representatives of the laser devices, skincare products, lip treatments, or other services you offer. Mention that you are having an event and it would be great if they could attend to inform attendees about the benefits of their treatment or product. Ask them to bring products and educational material to hand out. Often, bringing beauty products and brochures for promotional purposes is within the budget for aesthetics companies. Ask the representatives to arrive at your event early and let them position themselves by a table or in an area to have conversations and distribute the products and materials they brought. The person can stay in one location during the event, similar to having a table at a gathering, or walk around your office to talk with various attendees throughout the night. Some representatives are active on social media, so ask them to post a picture from the event and tag your office.
